Hello, if a website has 2 listing in DMOZ.org regional listing & business listing will i get a higher PR in google. i'm listed at both places with mydomain.com

Chris, if both listings are on pages that have PageRank (and can pass it on), then you will get PageRank from each.
The Toolbar has a log scale so two plus two equals less than four, but on the other hand there's a strong body of opinion that you get a ranking boost (not a PageRank boost) from having more links.
