Is there a way to tell google to recahe the page. I have seen that google has visited my site this month. but it never updated the contents in it's index. There were a couple of new pages that are not listed. And it still shows the old page as the cached page.

The cache page is taken at the every begining of each month and for the january update, the cache will be taken most probably the next few days. So if you want the cache to appear, you must prepare the contents for the next few days.
