Update pages wait? Or during update?

I have some new pages that I need to upload ahould I wait until the dance is over or is it okay to load while the dance is on?

You should upload them as long as Google isn't spidering your site at the moment.

You should wait any longer because google deep crawl come very early in the month and if you miss it, you will need to wait another month to see your new index in the database.
