In the forum FAQs there is a thread highlighted to help you to improve PR values. (Three ways to improve your PR, or something like that)

Does anyone know where I can find that thread please.

Also, is there any info on other sites linking to you. eg. should you be looking for links to your main URL or individual pages? Should the text of the incoming links be different for different pages? etc

Any advice or pointers appreciated.
