hello, i checked my logs googlebot didin't visit jan1 2003 the cache snapshot of my website is from a couple days ago, will google.com visit my website today, or will i stay with the webpage from a couple of days ago?

You are micromanaging WAY too much. Google will update the cache from time to time, so relax and enjoy the ride.
