Banned a page about a 'Google Bombing'

Hello.

I've got within my website a page devoted to a 'Google Bombing'.

This page's got PR 0/10 (white bar), while the rest of the pages have PR 5/10. The banned page is still appearing in www, www2, and www3 results.

Must I remove this page? Or include it into robots.txt file?

It was white bar the last few months, or just now?

I have heard alot of pages with the word bomb on it have been banned. Probably falls under nat security words.
