how do i go regional?

hello all,

a few questions:

is it possible for a single page to be in google.com and a regional google at the same time?

I noticed that my pages with english content are in .com and dutch content are in .nl (all the pages are from the same domain)

can i have both worlds (because lots of the dutch search "english" in google.nl) or is googlebot just checking the language of the bodytext (I think she does...)
