Minty just picked up a new page, and other competitive pages were not crawled.
Linked to a penalized site but current site is considered an authority.
Meta Robots of adjacent (internal) linked pages reflect index, nofollow and no inbound (external) links to this specific page.
Robot.txt and/or .htaccess recently changed to excludes Googlebot from freshing the page.
...probably another dozen valid reasons for this or a Google burp.
