I know there is alot of smart people out there and I was really hoping I could get some advice. Now this is really weird. I have submitted my site to google over 2 months ago. Periodically it will show up in the index, then be removed the next day. When it does showup it the google toolbar shows a grey tool bar and no PR. I have been racking my brain as to why I cannot get my site to index. So I thought maybe it had to do with spamming... I made some changes to my text did a bunch of research and even submitted the site for paid inclusion on all the other major search engines. I'm getting the same response except I found one new clue. When I go to Google or Lycos (and proabably alot of other sites I cannot find my website in..) and type "cheap ISDN monster" I get a listing for

THIS IS MY WEBSITE! in every regard, all my keywords meta tags ect... exactly.. but it says www.example.com. I have no idea what that site is and its not even listed (its in some other foreign language anyway). Does this have anyting to do with why I'm not being indexed? I typically get a very high rank on the keywords I go after, but in this case Google ALLTHEWEB and LYCOS I cannt even find my URL (but do find this other one). We have spend alot of time money and frustion into this problem and if ANYONE has a lead or any insight into this problem it would be greatly appreciated.
