Big thanks to all that helped me with this situation.

After almost 2 weeks, Google has taken action against a site that was being listed with my content / design.

Search google for car insurance to see how the Google notifies "searchers" how the results are affected.

Sorry to drag this up again but I have been contacted by the owner of the company who hosted the offending site. (They are my hosting company) They are concerned that they have been draged into something they would rather not get involved in and are very concerned about the legal implacations.

They were contacted by the affected site at the time but couldnt do anything about it as they couldnt see how the offender was doing it. They wish to drop the offending company but dont see what reason they could give. They are also concerned as are we that this may a side affect on other sites that they host!

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
