PR0 for a new site?

Hello,

I have had several new websites up and running for the
past month or so. One of them is our company's website.
I just started working on search engine optimization
and was checking the PR of the websites. The company
website seems to have a PR0 (www.webnox.com) and any
site linking to it also has PR0.

The domain is less than a year old and was owned before.

Does PR0 mean that the domain is black listed, or is
it because it is still new in use?

If it is black listed, is this forever? Should I remove all links to it from the other sites? Are they also now blacklisted forever?

Several of your site's pages are showing in various Google datacenters' results. Why does this site appear as a .com and .org? Duplicate content has been reported to hamper Google listing. If it's newly listed it will take time for the PR to appear.

Hoople, thank you for your reply. Yes, you are right. I was able to find a few references to the website by searching Google, so I guess the PR0 does not mean it is black listed? Strange because all the posts I have read indicate that PR0 is really bad.

The website was never submitted to the search engines and we registered .net and .org so that nobody else will grab them and use our company name. I guess Google followed the domain names, but it was not our intention to spam. Should the .net and .org domains be disabled?
