Are inbound links only usefull for Google PR?

Do any of the other big search engines look at the amount of other related sites linking to yours as a factor for determining your ranking? MSN, AOL, AltaV, etc.

I'm curious if all my time i'm spending on finding link partners will help pay off for the other engines as well as google.

Every major engine factors in link popularity in one form or another.

Besides, trade links with the right complimentary sites, and you could get more business from those than you do from search engines. (it happens more often than yuo might think.)
