I have a site where most of the internal linking is controled by a series of javascript rollover buttons. Can googlebot follow these to navigate my site? Or are the plain old html links and image links the only way?

The answer is probably "yes", but to be sure turn off Javascript and try navigating your site. That's what Google will see.

Bokesh, most people here would suggest that you also provide google with a set of alternative text links.

I have a consistent java link structure on every page, but I read somewhere that you can increase your PR on your homepage if you engineer the internal links inside the site to point back to the homepage only. However, if my java links are being read, then this isn't possible.
