Google vs. Amazon, Ebay, Yahoo Shopping

Any report available on study of how much shopping is done via Google?

We have all read reports on how much sales Amazon and Ebay and Yahoo, etc. did or will do these holidays; but does anyone know of any report that estimates how much sales was done via Google, buy people typing in a product name straight into Google?

Do you think "Google Shopping" is bigger than Amazon, Ebay, Yahoo etc. for the kind of products those sites sell?

Does anyone know if Google is putting together a shopping engine like it's news engine? It would seem logical. Type in Widgets 2 and get comparison prices and reviews.

I'm sure Google Shopping is bigger. It's so popular right now, even for commercial searches.
