Why Google does not update my site?

Google robots crawl my site every day since Dec, but the cache of my site on Google still is Nov 4th's.
Why?

I'm gonna guess you're saying that Google's been crawling your site since the beginning of December.

Google just updated the main database as of Thanksgiving. The main crawl that's currently happening will appear hopefully before the end of the year.

They do not update the main database as they crawl.

If you're lucky enought to have "freshbot" visits, some of your updated pages will sporadically appear in the results, but this is a different process altogether. They crawl some pages with the freshbot crawler and intermix those results with the results. These come and go, can't be counted on, but are nice to see.

But I still don't understand why some sites are updated daily in google cache but my site doesn't.

I had read the Google Update FAQ, but didn't get answer.

The higher ranked sites and referenced sites get refreshes more often. Google is all over my sites right now (crawling) however I don't have fresh tags - we'll see new stuff most likely next update.

my site got PR4 now. If I want my site be updated frequently, what grade PR I need to have?

I have a PR7 site which gets refreshed daily :P My other ones dont.
