For one of my major keywords, my listing has gone from Page 1 to PAGE 25 several times in the last 2 months. It stays on page 25 for like a week and a half and then is on page 1 for 4-5 days. Then back to page 25, etc.
I haven't been able to correlate it to any site activity , like a freshbot crawl or major content changes, etc. Anyone know why this is happening?

This could still just be the freshbot. If the freshbot indexes your pages, you get a boost from the current site contents. Then, when the "fresh" expires, your site and rank revert to the previous deep-crawled version.
Barring a serious Google malfunction, nothing in their non-paid listings changes more often than once a month, except for fresh listings.
If you have some good solid incoming links, things should stabilize with the next update.
