Two websites with similar content

will I be banned?

I am running a commercial site that offers a range of services. We have decided that a flash site would better display some of our products and skills but we also want to keep our regular site. We have a reseller account with our webhost and plan to host the flash site probably under a different domain name. The content of the two sites will be the same or very similar. Will Google detect them both and ban us for it?

Why risk it?
Give users the choice of the Flash or HTML. Every Flash site should do this in my opinion - too often I feel as if the Flash site is trying to entertain or impress me when all that it does is frustrate me as the user. Uhm... don't forget the skip-intro if it applies :)
