freshbot for pdf and doc?

does freshbot also crawl pdf and doc-documents? would it be good to update them as well?

good question, just did an advanced search within Google for .doc and .pdf, updated in the last 3 months and no fresh tags are given as far as I checked.

I wonder why this is.

BTW, its not only updating your contect frequently that gets you the fresh tag.

I would say that getting many new (high Pagerank) links (internal and external), preferably from pages already considered Fresh that gives you the best chance of being visited by the Fresh bot.
