cloaking and PR0

I think I got a PR0 because one of my pages used cloaking to present one page to google and javascript redirect to another page. All other sites that linked to this site also got PR0. My question is, if I remove this redirect, will Google give the page proper pagerank on the next month's crawl? Or is it permanent? Do you have to resubmit using addurl or something? Or email them and let them know? I'd hate it to be permanent for just a mistake like this, actually the redirect is completely unnecessary and is not for spamming...

The penalities I suffered due to my own stupid attempts were, thank God, temporary.

Remove them now. It might be 1 or 2 months, but you should be restored to normal since most Google penalties are automated.

Just MHO and experience. Anyone Else?
