Does Google anylonger register isp sub domains?

Up until circa 12 months ago, I had no difficulty having tiny sites picked up by Google when the sites were an ISP sub domain.
Now one site in particular which is ranked No 1 in MSN and Ask Jeeves SERPS still hasn't been picked up by Google. Yet, the 20 incoming links are all listed in the SERPS.
Can anyone please explain what's happening and if it is possible to get into Google? Or, might there be something wrong with the site which is effecting the situation?
Thanks

My experience is that it can take a bit longer to get such sites in. I still get my small sites on ISP subdomains indexed - after some time

However, it seems that some hosts are easier than others, so if this one is bugging your find another (free) subdomain to use :)

Mikkel,
If the rules allow me to say this, the site's URL is something like this:
freespace.virgin.net/blank.widgets
None of my sites over the past 5 years have been refused by Google with addresses like the above with this one exception I have referred to.
Mikkel, your suggestion - if I grab it correctly - is to get my client to register a different sub domain and have a go with that. But what criteria do I use in suggesting an acceptable domain for Google'system?
And, don't forget all those inward links which will require changing - all on a flyer Google will smile this time!
No, I think if someone knows for sure that Google no longer picks up sub domains of the sort illustrated please speak up.
If it might be something to do with the meta tags/title, then can I please have some ideas?
A lot of people out there would like to know the answer. Most hobbyists use freespace with one ISP or another. If Google doesn't want their business then Googleguy, if your listening, please speak. I don't think hobbyists will be too upset if the answer is NO as they will just file with MSN and Ask Jeeves, to name two search engines who seem friendly.

If it is client of yours you should recomend him to move to a host he pay for using his own domain. Free-space is free and you get what you pay for :)
