I had a site deepcrawled over the last 5 hours with the user agent "Googlebot" but I also had another bot retrieving bulk pages from "203.51.230.94". Is this another google crawler?

Only thing I can say is that this IP is not on the searchengineworld Googlebot IP list [searchengineworld.com].

What's the user agent of that bot?

203.51.230.94 seems to be allocated to Telestra in Australia.

Thanks guys. Telstra - now that's interesting. That's our big monopolising telco - stupid bot was jumping around the site like a fart on a BBQ.

Telestra may have reallocated and partitioned that address block - it could be any customer of theirs, meaning it could be just about anybody in AU...
