Anyone contacted Google 'Permissions'?

Has anyone had any experience with the Google marketing department? I have written a short article for my site incorporating some Google screen shots. Wanting to do the right thing I followed the directions on the Google site regarding permissions to use their brands in any material (I sent a custom form and a copy of my pages by fax).

It's been nearly 4 weeks now with no response and I am wondering how reliable this process is. I am keen to add to my content but am hesitant to post the site before I get the go ahead from Google. Any information appreciated.

It has taken about two months for google to get back to me and I am enquiring about premium ads.
I would expect non profit making enquiries to be less important to them :)

Thanks shady... I think I will put my page on hold, it may never see the light of day by the look of it! How hard would it be to put a note on their site saying something like 'we are incredibly busy and probably won't reply to you for 6 months' :)

However, their legal department probably moves at the speed of light...
