Hehe, the second thread. I first thought it was the same, since it even has the same title:

[webmasterworld.com...]

But the other one was renamed. It's identical, though.

It is common understanding that the update is starting, once the number of backlinks to big sites are changing. Everything else is just the eveflux. Especially moving Results for keyword-searches.

Is WebmasterWorld where all the first posters went from slashdot? Never saw the sense in it there, and I don't see it here either.

www2 and www3 are their test servers, they are probably testing their new search algorithm for December on the October data.
