The pr's limit, true or not?

If there is a site: www.abc.com, pr4 and then, I have apply another domain, named: www.abc.com.cn ( or other country like .tw...), pr3 would be its limit. It would never exceed his " mother".

I am frustrated.

No, not true at all.

There is no automatic relationship whatsoever between www.widgets.com and www.widgets.com.au. (or any other country code)

Each will start as a PR0 because of lack of links, and each will receive PR only from sites that link to them.
