Will the domain name keyword.ZZ.nl help / hinder a sites rank on Google.com for searches for 'keyword amsterdam'? or is there no difference?
(ZZ = what ever letters they use in the Netherlands)
What about other countries? I think it helps for .co.uk and London. Will a country domain help the rank of city related sites (European cities) on Google.com?

I think having the keyword in the domain will help no matter what the TLD is, but having a country specific TLD like keyword.co.uk will not rank any better in google.co.uk than .com unless of course you search only uk sites.
