Google´s Cache not Updated

My site´s cache has several months

I don´t understand one thing. When I see some of my sites cache on Google, it display my sites like it was several months ago. I don´t understand... Google continues to spider my site but it isn´t updating it´s cache. How can I do force an update on the cache?

Geez, so many typos... sorry... I´ve been working for 10 hours now... and more 5 or 6 hours are yet to come...

Nuno, you can't force an update of the cache, other than encouraging a Fresh Listing [webmasterworld.com] (high PageRank or Yahoo! or ODP inclusion usually does the trick).

A few months sounds a long time, I would normally expect the cache to show content from at most two Google update [webmasterworld.com]s ago.
