How to update the cache

Hi, I am gaber,

please I'd like to know how can make the google cache of my site update. Infact if I control the google cache of the pages of my site they are old 2/3 weeks ago.

The answer you can't controll it Google Controls it.

What you can do is hope to get a "fresh tag" (the date you see by some url's presented in the serp's (search engine result pages))

Also, Google updates the cache, every time they do a complete update of the index.
