I was just wondering how yahoo affects Google PR of a site since its links are not direct links but redirects .. where actual url is cloacked under yahoo id of the site.. Is that some kind of special Yahoo Google relationship at work?

My understanding is that the fact that a site is in the Yahoo Directory is what Google would be evaluating in their algorighm. Just what amount of weight that has, I haven't seen any info. Anyone else seen something?

I don't know what the PR ramifications are but Gbot has no trouble following redirects.
