Frames and PR

A recent post alerted me to the surfnaked directory (not quite the real name). I submitted my site but its been over a month and its still not listed. I can only attribute this to the thread here on WW and the amount of submissions they must have had. Here is my question. I looked over the site to try and figure how the pr is 7 there no matter how far you delve into the directory. Its simple, the whole thing is run from a full screen frameset where each new page the user views is actually a page within the frameset meaning you never leave the pr 7 homepage. Does this mean the link I get will be from a pr 7 page or just a toolbar style guess? This is not a spammy link as it regards internet content rating.

To find out the PR for a page inside a frameset, you need to enter the page URL into the address bar. As long as there isn't a frame buster. Google doesn't have to guess the PR for pages inside framesets, it treats the frameset as any other page and calculates PR accordingly

No, the link you get will be on the interior pages, so the PR7 won't have anything to do with it. All the interior pages probably have some PR. You just can't see it because the toolbar is only reporting the PR of the frame.

Right-mouse, click Properties, copy the real URL, paste it into the browser.

Thanks for the simple solution Iguana. Marriage is also a pr 5. I had a feeling pr 7 was to good to be true. Still seems like a valuable link though, as well as a good thing in general. I have three daughters and often worry about how effective safe search is. This will only help.
