the issue of outgoing links is intresting, if you do it on the index page then your inner pages get's let PR distribution and by that your index PR is lowered, has anyone have try to create 2 sites one with outgoing links and one without and see the diffrence in ranking and positioning? I wonder if outgoing links from pages which are not the main index will do the same job as well.
