I had made many changes to my site in the last 10 days, added lots of dynamic links.
Google crawled my site for about three days and in the IIS logs I can see tons of enteries mainly dynamic pages.
when I use site:xxx.com ... on google I see very few pages.

Can anybody explain what is going on.
Also does google reject pages which respond with 302 status?

Thanks

Hi ovtech - welcome to the board!

Indexing of dynnamic ages is a topic which you'll find in many threads discussed these days. For more opinions and info you might try the site search in the top nav menu here.
My guess in your case anyhow would simoly be Google is going to add more/all of the pages crawled in the next update.

There is also a very big chance that the dynamic pages where indexed by the freshbot More information about that here [webmasterworld.com]

So i would wait until the next, next update (you have probably missed the boat for the upcomming update), and see if they were indexed then.
