Duplicate Content Penalty

I operate an adult paysite. To track the effectiveness of my tour, I created a duplicate #'d join page to correspond with each page of the tour. I added tracking code at the bottom of the page so I could tell when someone clicked on the join page and from where. Since the content is exactly the same for all 6 pages (all the same join page) - does Google consider this spamming?

Hi prmaniac - welcome to WebmasterWorld!

I have to say duplicate issues are something I personally am wary of. To be on the safe side you could exclude Google from spidering those pages though.
