Google give every page 1 dollars. If this page received ten inbund links, it become 11 dollars, but when it give 10 outbund links, every link would be valued only 1.1 dollars for each linked page. So, what you must do: to make 100 pages and just do one work: link it to index.htm and all other work would be in vain.

No, I'm afraid it's not that simple.
Here is the description of Google's Page Rank System [www7.scu.edu.au] as originally published. Updated information is proprietary to Google, so although we know many things have changed since this paper was written, we don't know what or how.
