If not done, sure has to be close. And to Helpmebe1, I'd say the Googlenoia you feel likely is well founded. :( If so, hope this is just another Google screw up and you'll be back next month. Hopefully you haven't done anything to possibly invoke the Google Death Penalty.

weird weird weird... i don't think it over, but all signs say it is.

I rank #1 for one of my targetted keyword. therefore i'm 100% sure i've got no penalty. there are NO backlinks.
Most of my sites link to each other, so if 1 get's penaltized, i'd know.
But where are the sites that were everfluxing on page 1 last month for some good keywords, they should be in the index this month.

There are 2 options, most likely it's number 1.

1) the sites are gooing to everflux again another month, because the google update has used the (1 month) older cache version for this update.
2) some mirracle is gonna happen and suddenly it's gonna popup.

rfgdxm1 - I am squeeky clean as far as I know.. and the one thing that I thought might be spammish googleguy personally said no.. so I cant see a penalty by any means.. am really really confused by this!

ikbenhet1 - Hey.. Still no backlinks? Me neither.. and yeah.. I got #1 for certain products our of 4,000 results and no backlinks.. PR dropped but still am somehow holding onto PR at a PR3/? I am really baffled this month..totally baffled

One possible theory is that the backlink check command is somehow buggy. As in, Google knows these backlinks are there, but link: doesn't show them.

I can't see the old index at any of the seven data centers either. There may still be differences (the indices are never exactly the same), but the update is over.
