Every second day there is the date behind my website

Can somebody tell me if it makes any difference for ranking if the date is written behind my domains by Google. This means that they were spidered again that date?

Yes, frequently updated sites (of a minimum pagerank)get spidered more often. It doesn't necessarily help your ranking, but may bring a few more visitors in.
