My hosting co's servers been up and down throughout the past few weeks...last night all my sites were unreachable for around 10 hours. Has this thrown a spanner in the works for me this dance or do I like most people just sleep to little, worry too much?

don't worry about it workshy. Get some sleep, then blow out the Host. If they're having problems, you could as well.

I used to have problems with a host, very similar to your own. They don't have my business any more. You want to be looking at a +99.9% rate of up

Change the host, need to know where you are, and no doubt someone can give you a recommendation via sticky mail (sm).

btw, welcome to the WebmasterWorld

Change the host

I'll second that .. 10 hours is one hell of a downtime, unless it was a scheduled downtime for server upgrades... And for 10 hours, that would be one hell of an upgrades

and no doubt someone can give you a recommendation via sticky mail (sm).

I'm always trying to keep my host a secret (not that is a BIIGG secret or anything).. The more people I recommend to my host, the chances are they will become slower due to overloading.

Yep, thought I'd found the cheapest host in the UK...fact they probably are. Now I know why!

Lessons learned an all that.
