minty vs deep bot

hi,

a formally parked domain2.com (was linked to the same server dir as domain1.com) has it's own content for about 5 months now, has several pr4 backlinks and is listed in dmoz.

the matter: though the minty freshness bot crawls and indexes domain2.com correct (about 2-5 days after the big update), the work from the deep bot seems to be ignored: google crawls deep, but does not show the domain after (each) monthly update.

even more funny: domain2.com gets the pr value, the dmoz link (in the toolbar) and the cached version (cache:domain2.com, not the minty cache) of domain1.com...

any idea how long this will last?

ps: domain1 and 2 are hosted on a virtual server (same ip).
