PR0 or not?

A website with no links? Will it PR0

If a website is included into google through the ADD URL page (I.e not spidered), and it has NO incoming links, will that mean that the page will have a PR0?

PageRank comes from incoming links, so if we didn't see any sites linking, then you wouldn't have PageRank. Probably your site would only show up for pretty specific searches in such a case. Note that "not having PageRank yet" is not the same as the mythical PR0 penalty that everyone seems to have a different definition for. ;)

Many thanks for clearing it up and putting me at ease!

If one page on a domain IS given a PR0 for a penalty (not just that they have no links) does that mean that the DOMAIN is given PR0 or just the page? So i can just be SURE that i have done nothing wrong.

You can't really expect Googleguy to give you additional information on the "PR0 penalty" which he has already described as "mythical".

0 Pagerank for being a new site with very little links or just because it received a light skim from the GoogleBot for that month - and 0 Pagerank for doing naughty cross-linking or such like.... Now, I know the latter is most certainly real... ;)
