WebMasterWorld has become the equivalent of a pub to me.. with the pubs I only ever meant to just drop in for a minute, one quick beer... but I would usually wake up in the gutter the next day with half a packet of smokes and some loose change if I was lucky - and sometimes in another State and.. never mind ;0) - let's just say there's a lot more unhealthier places in the world to hang out in than WebMasterWorld ;0)

Why bother wasting your time worrying about something you can't control like when the update will occur?
My sentiments exactly. Which is why I only pay attention after everything has settled down at the end of the cycle. I evaluate - did I go up? down? sideways? catty-corner? And then I try to figure out what to do about it. But until things settle, what's the point?
It's like people who say they're in the stock market for the long haul but then agonize over every little up and down they see each day. No wonder people are walking time bombs.
I have enough in life to worry about - things that I can *control* - so I'm not going to give myself ulcers over things like my positioning in mid-dance.
Unless someone can tell me a reason for getting my brain in a twist once a month? I'm open ...
