Google and Translated Pages are they spam

I have some of my top serp pages translated into various languages i.e. other than english.

If I upload these pages onto my server for indexing will Google consider them as spam since they are the exact same pages already indexed but translated?

Has anyone done this and gotten penalized for it our is this acceptable?

I appreciate your comments and or suggestion.

Not an authority on this subject, but IMO no problem here.

I catch a few Chinese pages occasionally in the SERP's.

As well, since the language makes the vast amount of content unique no problem with duplication either.
