Links and Google PR

How soon the new links will start affecting my PR

Well I have started getting GOOD links to my site. Yesterday I got three :) links to my web site. :)
Well the time and effort I INVESTED during the content building process is paying. Sites with even a PR 7 has started linking to my new site ( my PR was 0).
Please advise how long will it take for these links to increase or affect my Pagerank value.

from past experience I would be looking forward to End of November.

although the Everflux could have an impact in the short term (basically showing your results 1 day, and not showing them a few days later)

I write 10 link requests every day and get a good number of links this way. Google usually picks up some of the links during the month but the majority get indexed the second month.
