Hi
I'm running an aggressive link campaign and I have found a few sites that have reasonable PR values (4-5), but some of their internal pages are PR0. I was wondering how that is possible, and if it'd be safe to link back to their site.

Thank you,
Dan

Ya, it could indicate a penalty - it is one of the symptoms. Watch it for a day or so and see if those interal pages come back up in rank (I've seen that too, but most often it is a penalty of some sort).

One of our sites is PR 8 and we have a lot of PR 0 pages but they are not the main ones. I think the reason is that we have over 10 thousand pages on the site so weight is given to the main pages and the lesser ae 0's. Strange.
