Question about exact phrase anchor text in external links

Come on gurus help me out here :0)

If an external link has the anchor text:

keyword1 keyword2 keyword3

Would my site score well if someone searches:

Keyword1 and
Keyword1 Keyword2 and even,
Keyword1 Keyword3

Or will my site only score well if someone searches for:

keyword1 keyword2 keyword3

Your site should rank for the following searches:

keyword1 keyword2
keyword2 keyword3
keyword1 keyword2 keyword3

...as well as for the individual keywords.

You should have
keyword1 keyword2 keyword3
in the title tag and other prominent places on the pages as well.

Anchor text seems to be more important these days, though I still think external link "opinion" should match the onpage content. Were discussing that over here:
