We took on a very big client, who had been banned from google. We completely redesigned his site, new ip, new asp cart custom designed and got rid of all the doorway pages, the offending link pages.

We went live in April. Keeping the site very clean, no stuffed keywords, no spamming.

The only thing the site does outside of the ordinary is redirect for bandwidth detection with browser hawk.

He was absolutely no where in google. And ranked very low on the other engines.

He did a couple of big ads in 17 magazine, and we have done some nice conservative opt in mail programs.

His sites traffic is based on branded name and certainly other sources of marketing.

Well, this update shows that the site was put back in the index.

So, how did that happen, we did absolutely nothing?
