We know that using the link: in Google returns about half of the actual links that are inbound to a site. Are the pages returned, listed in any particular order? Are higher PR pages listed first?

Those results used to be in PageRank order. Not for quite a while, though.

They seem to use the regular google algo. In other words, if you are high up on the page, that one will rank higher than one where you are deep in the list of sites. If your URL is part of the linked text, the page ranks higher than if not. Etc. Etc.
