Pagejacking - Will it hurt me?

pagejacking mirror site duplicate content

I have a competitor who pagejacked my site. The entire thing is identical on his site (with a different domain.) The weird thing is that EVERYTHING is the same. He didn't put links to his own products. So for now, it is actually helping me (with a few visitors). However, I am afraid Google will see this and penalize me for having duplicate content.

He ranks in Google, but doesn't appear to have any links coming to him and Google does not yet display a cached page. Can I report this somehow, so I don't get hurt?

You should be fine. Google in the past has been smart enough to recognize the original document and drop the duplicates (or PR0 them).

It might be a DNS problem and not a case of page jacking. It happened to me once.

I think I'd still report the site - cover yourself just in case. I have been having a problem with people posting articles from my site to message boards, most of them at least link back to my site and give credit but the few that have not hurt me a few ways. They take visitors that would have otherwise found the content on my site, and they make my site less valuable to those who have visited their site.
