penalty for homepage, but not index/sitemap...?

my index page is PR 5, my sitemap is PR 4, but my homepage, and all other pages (which use frames inside this homepage) are all zero but white. does this mean the inner pages are penalised, or is it an indexing error that will be sorted? i thought whole sites got banned/penalised, not just pages?

its very annoying, as ive done nothing wrong :(

will google listen if i ask?

How'd you come out on this harley? Did it clear up after the last two updates?

Yes, it appears it was more of an anomily than a penalty - i think by the second update afterwards i was not only back in, but in better than before...now things are just going up and up...

i have seen it before and this proves it - a site can return from the pits of hell, it just takes time - HTML validation and money into other channels which you wait for the bad times to pass...
