This url has been mentioned at least 1 time before by Brett but I didn't find an explanation of what it is. It has come up a few times now this week in my referer logs. Anybody?

Hits referred by google.com/custom/ come from sites using Google's co-brandable Free WebSearch and Free SiteSearch solutions (see http://www.google.com/services/free.html [google.com]).
