Google API Updated

As mentioned in another thread, Google has updated their API kit. The biggest change is the complete adoption of UTF-8 encoded urls. The stock <ie> and <oe> query param encodings in urls are no longer supported.

Nothing mentioned about PageRank checking through the API.

Why Google, why? When it is so easy to add it.
