Will Google get the result menu or the code?

I have 22 pages with same menu on the left side. I plan to use JavaScript to enable client-side menu genaration. Will Google get the result (the menu) or the JavaScript code?

Google ignores JavaScript. Your code should be hidden with comment tags (<!-- -->) anyway.
